- Being a 3rd or 4th-year university Student in related fields,
- Having career goals in the field of Human Resources,
- Being open to development and learning,
- Being responsible, hardworking, and creative,
- Having strong and open communication skills,
- Being energetic, highly motivated, and able to take initiative,
- Paying attention to details,
- Being available for a minimum 2-3 days of the week,
- Having excellent proficiency in both English and Turkish,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
What You Will Do
- Providing operational support to the human resources team,
- Assisting in the preparation of job postings,
- Contributing to the development of the candidate pool by reviewing resumes,
- Conducting phone interviews with candidates,
- Assisting in the organization of interviews,
- Actively supporting various human resources projects.
