We are looking for an CFO to join our companyy.
The CFO is responsible for the administrative, accounting, financial, and management control functions of the company, ensuring the reliability of financial data and supporting the CEO and Board of Directors in strategic decision-making processes.
The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate all Finance activities within the organization, ensuring proper management of administrative, tax, and financial processes, as well as compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the administrative, accounting, and tax activities of the Group companies.
- Coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring the timeliness, accuracy, and reliability of financial data.
- Preparing periodic management reports, financial analyses, KPI monitoring, and variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
- Supporting the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts while monitoring the company's financial and economic performance.
- Managing corporate treasury activities, cash flows, and net financial position, ensuring continuous monitoring of liquidity.
- Managing operational relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and financial stakeholders.
- Monitoring and optimizing working capital through the management of receivables, payables, and inventory.
- Supporting the CEO and Board of Directors in preparing business cases, financial analyses, and economic evaluations related to investments and strategic projects.
- Implementing and continuously improving administrative, accounting, and control procedures.
- Coordinating, organizing, and developing the Finance and Administration teams, promoting operational efficiency and professional growth.
- Supporting digitalization initiatives and the continuous improvement of Finance information systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in:
- General accounting and financial statement preparation;
- Management control and performance monitoring;
- Treasury and cash management;
- Budgeting and forecasting;
- Management reporting and KPI management.
- Solid knowledge of Italian accounting standards (OIC) and familiarity with IAS/IFRS.
- Strong financial analysis and working capital management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting and Business Intelligence tools.
- Proven experience managing relationships with banks, auditors, and financial stakeholders.
- Profiency or native in Italian.
- Good command of English and French.
- Strong operational mindset with a hands-on approach.
