Finance Manager

On behalf of one of our client companies, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager/Executive to join a dynamic and rapidly growing organization with a strong presence in international markets. The company places a particular emphasis on exports and cross-border operations, and is looking for a finance professional to lead its banking and credit relationship management as part of its strategic financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with domestic and international banks and financial institution?
• Lead credit application, structuring, and negotiation processes, including syndicated loans, trade finance, and other funding instruments
• Monitor and optimize the company’s credit portfolio, including loan renewals, interest rate evaluations, and maturity planning
• Ensure timely and effective cash flow planning and liquidity management
• Prepare, review, and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international accounting standards (IFRS), and internal financial policies
• Oversee collateral management, loan agreements, and related documentation processes
• Support audit processes and contribute to internal control improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong experience in corporate banking and credit management, preferably with international exposure
• Proven track record in managing loan agreements and complex financial structures
• Solid knowledge of cash flow modeling, financial analysis, and reporting
• Familiarity with IFRS and local tax/financial regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of an additional language is a plus
• High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and strategic perspective
