You will be helping the Operations with the following initiatives :
- Become point of contact with the customers,
- Understand customer needs and meet their expectations,
- Become voice of customers in the company to contribute customer satisfaction,
- Analyse data from the operations and prepare CX related reports,
- Liase with operations and marketing teams to align company goals,
- Help the teams with growth initiatives,
- Be part of Fairs and University club events.
